As a continuation of the first question in our question in answer series, we look at miracles in the sense of laying on of hands. How does one address the topic of such matter?

Question 2. - Do we have Guardian Angels today in this modern world? If there are "guardian angels" how do we reconcile the rates of many tragic things that happen to humans?
