Anticiapating Glory!
None of us wants to grieve the loss of someone we love, nor do we want to be in a hospital trying to get well. However, because of the sin in the garden, this is our lot in life — as a matter of fact, long ago, a very wealthy man named Job lost everything he owned, including all his children, through no fault of his own. Suffering is necessary as a Christian, because it is only as a result of our suffering for the name of Christ that we will also “be glorified with Him” (Romans 8:17).
