Waverly Church of Christ

In our text today the Holy Spirit has given us a brief glimpse into the lives of two men. One was a man of great authority, responsible for the finances of a nation. He was lost. He was hungry for more. He needed a Savior. The second was a deacon in the Church who because of persecution was driven out of Jerusalem and went forth
sharing the good news of Jesus. He was successful in the town of Samaria. But God called him away from that work to a lonely desert road to speak to one man. He obeyed and went. Which man do you most identify with?
