What would it take to get you to respond at the end of this lesson?
On Sunday morning, July 3 rd , we were able to consider six reasons why people do not respond or come forward when the Lord’s invitation is extend to them.
a.) We noted that some don’t know what an invitation is.
b.) Some don’t think they know enough.
c.) Some don’t know what will happen, thus they feel uncomfortable and choose not to respond.
d.) Some don’t because of pride.
e.) Some don’t want to respond.
f.) Some are procrastinating.
We are considering the obvious responses, because the obvious is so often overlooked or discounted, yet these reasons are keeping souls from being right with God.
We want to continue our considerations of why people do not respond, keeping in mind, the question, what would it take for you to respond?
