Most of us find ourselves to be very busy people, always trying to fit one more thing into our already hectic schedules.

This morning, as you think about the year ahead of you, let me ask you two questions:
a. Will you be as busy as you were last year?
b. Do you think you will make better use of your time this year as opposed to last year?

In 359 days, when this year is over, will you look back on 2019 with joy or regret?

Will you then look at the future with anticipation or regret?

In Ephesians 5:15-17, Paul exhorts the Christians in Ephesus, and by extension, each of us to make the most of our time.

In these three short verses there are some important lessons for us and we each look forward to our futures. Let’s examine what Paul has to say.
