“Lord, Make Me Receptive to Your Truth”
The seed in good soil brings forth fruit. The seed of God's Word does not bounce off the surface of the heart. Neither does it flourish in the heart for a moment only to shrivel up from adversity. Nor is it divided by competing interests until strangled. It takes deep root in the rich soil of an honest heart, sprouts and begins to produce a bountiful harvest of fruit for God.
