Each of us has a soul, a spiritual heart, an inward man. Only God can destroy this part of man (Matthew 10:28). However, man can forfeit or exchange this part of himself for other things (Matthew 16:26). The soul of man is designed to grow and develop into maturity - into manhood and womanhood. One cannot measure the inward man with a man-made instrument of measurement. We cannot see the soul, except in the mirror of God's Word. The size of the soul may be determined by the measure of its manifestation.
