When Every Step Counts
Christians are urged to cultivate certain virtues which establishes greater blessings. Understanding that God supplies everything needed to meet His demands, Peter charges Christians with living moral and ethical lives which glorify God and enable the person who adopts them.
Because God has done all this for us, Christians are to "apply all diligence," meaning you must do your best, to supplement your faith with important virtues. These virtues are pursued, worked on, maintained and developed further for the remainder of the believer's days upon the Earth.
Every. Step. Counts. Because the longer one is short-sighted the harder it will be to correct the vision. When the true condition is discovered, it must be realized that one cannot fix his life alone. If at that time, one was to turn to God for help, again, Every. Step. Counts.
