Living Together As Gods Family
Living together as a family is not always easy is it?
No doubt there are some of us, perhaps more than we care to admit, who entered into marriage with a euphoric attitude.
However, a few months into our marriages and we realized that living together as a husband and wife required work.
When the children came along, it didn’t get easier. They can drain even the best of couples physically, mentally and emotionally.
But, by the grace of God, and a lot of prayer, many of you have managed to make your marriage and your home something which honors God.
Our church family is not much different.
As with our physical family, the more people we add to the mix, the more relationships can be strained and resolve tested.
In the last few verses of his first letter to the Christians in Thessalonica, Paul gives us some wise instruction on living together as God’s family.
