Perhaps many of us have had a specific time in our lives when we realized that something was far more than we thought it to be. Such an experience can be humbling. At other times it can be frightening. Such is the case with an experience by Jesus’ disciples with Him in a boat on the Sea of Galilee. Matthew, Mark and Luke each record the experience and the fear felt. Had we been a part of those privileged few we would most likely have responded in kind. It prompted them to ask the question, “who is this man?” A question that we too must ask ourselves today.

Do you believe in Him who is able to feed the hungry and heal the sick? Do you believe in Him who is able to raise the dead and calm the storm? Do you believe that He has power over the storms in your life? Are you willing to seek Him?
