God intended for His temple to be “a house of prayer for all the nations.”
Today, God desires that you and I, His spiritual temple, be that which draws men and women to Christ. He expects us to be people who reach out to those around us with love and compassion, gentleness and patience, kindness and peace. May our prayers be akin to those of David 3,000 years ago:
“See if there be any hurtful way in me, and lead me in the everlasting way” (Psalm 139:24)
“Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in Your sight, O Lord, my rock and my Redeemer” (Psalm 19:14).
