In Scripture we have seen what God desires in those men who shepherd His people. Paul called the Lord’s church “the household of God, the church of the living God, the pillar and support of the truth” (1 Timothy 3:15). Something of such importance requires godly men who are committed to its success. Let us continue to pray that God will guide us in this process and grant us a bright future not only here in this community but wherever the members of our church family may find themselves in service to our heavenly Father.
