Message From The Elders

Church Photo Directory – Everyone needs to sign up!  We are taking pictures to update our directory.  Pictures will be taken on Sunday morning and evening following our services.  There are sign up sheets  on the front table.  More times and dates will be added later once we get a feel for how quickly we can get the  pictures  taken.

Poinsettias – If you would like to help with the purchase of poinsettia for the auditorium in honor or memory of loved ones or friends, the cost is $5.00.   Envelopes have been provided for your convenience on the front pew, back hall and front entry table.  Please turn them in to the office by November 24th.  There will be a designated bulletin board honoring our loved ones and friends.

Night’s Out – We started Men’s and Women’s night out to help our congregation spend some social time together.  We have a get together once a month.  Visitors are welcome; however, our focus is on our members. We have combined nights out, men and women, 4 times a year (Feb., May, Aug. and Nov.).  We do not have a gathering in December. We will soon be working on the calendar for 2025.  If you wish to have input on dates, programs, activities, food, devotionals, etc., the time is now.  For Women’s Night Out, see Debbie Hardin.  For Men’s Night Out see Tommy Hardin. February is the only month already taken for the new year.

On-line giving!  A new way to give your regular contribution, as well as donations. For flood relief choose the “special request” option on the drop down under the amount.

Online Giving

Reminder that our Nursing Homes services are conducted every 3rd Sunday of the month.  – Humphreys County Nursing Home at 2:00 p.m. and AHC at 3:00 p.m.
