It’s about Me! It’s not about me the human; It’s about the “I AM”! God wants us to understand it is about Him. It was this way from the beginning (3:7-8). “I have surely seen the affliction of My people who are in Egypt.” “I am aware of their sufferings.” “I have come down to deliver them from the power of the Egyptians.”
The powerful proclamation of God is not just for God’s people, nor is it just for the rebellious. The powerful proclamation of “I AM” is for all people, in all the earth. God repeatedly said of Himself, It’s About Me. This message is to be remembered and repeated.
