There are some things we should learn from the Scriptures use of the term prophecy. God has a message for all mankind. God has delivered His message to man through His Holy Spirit, His Son, and His faithful people.  The message is to be heard, believed, and acted upon in obedience.

There are some prophecies given in Scripture that have NOT been fulfilled, as yet. The second coming of Christ is foretold, “You have said it yourself; nevertheless I tell you, hereafter you will see the Son of Man sitting at the right hand of Power, and coming on the clouds of Heaven” (Matthew 26:64).  John encouraged Christians to “abide in Christ, so that when He appears, we may have confidence and not shrink away from Him in shame at His coming” (1 John 2:28).

Have you made preparations for the second coming of Christ, the judgment to come, and the reward of eternal life?
